What is the Computer Science Fair?
As an individual, you will identify a problem that can be solved by using one of the categories below and present your solution to the judges.
Categories
· Android Application (MIT App inventor, Eclipse, etc )
· Website
· Video Game using Alice, Scratch. http://oswing.sourceforge.net/ . etc
· Open Division: (Program writing in any language or robotics)
Example project: How do I know what the lowest prices is for my nike shoes? Create an app that searches all websites for the best price.
No Experience? No Problem
All are welcome to participate! Please use the learning resources found at: http://cs.lanetech.org/ --> click on New and Opportunities, especially if you are a beginner. The judges take into account your experience while judging.
How do I Register?
Register by February 17 by filling out this form.
After registration is closed you will receive a confirmation email with the Computer Science Fair Rubric.
