Horticulture Students Get A"head" in Science
Mr. Keating's Horticulture students came back to a nice surprise this week. Earlier in the semester, each student planted a seed of lettuce in rock wool. The seeds were later transplanted to a soil-less medium. After months of cultivating, each student came back to the greenhouse, ready to harvest the first head of leaf lettuce. Pretty cool!
