Life Source Gives Scholarship Money to Lane

Congratulations to Lane's Key Club who received a check for student scholarships from Life Source. Key Club runs our annual blood drive twice a year.  Thank you to sponsors, Emily Paras and Susan Sebestyen, and all of the officers and members who coordinate this important event!

The Lane Tech administration would like to wish all of our Lane Tech families a happy Thanksgiving!  We thank you for allowing us to work with your children every day and we are so thankful for each and every one of them!  Please enjoy the holiday and time with loved ones!

#LaneAccepts

The Lane Tech community is invited to write positive messages on post-its for our #LaneAccepts campaign beginning tomorrow Friday, 11/18 during lunch periods and continuing through lunch periods on Monday, 11/21 in room 113.  All materials will be provided.  Post-its will be placed throughout areas on the first floor.  Students and staff may grab one when they need encouragement or take one to pay forward to someone who needs it! Let's spread positive messages of support to our Lane family!

Report Card Pick Up Thursday, November 10, 2016 and Veteran's Day

This is a reminder that Report Card Pick Up is this Thursday, November 10, 2016.  Parents may pick up report cards from the student lunchroom from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. They will be available in alphabetical order.

Teachers will be available for parent conferences from 12-6 p.m.

Parents may enter through Door M off the Lane Tech parking lot.

There will be no classes for students on this day.

This is also a reminder that schools are closed on Friday, November 11, 2016 in honor of Veteran's Day.

Advisory Bell Schedule 11/2/16

This is a reminder that Lane Tech is on an advisory bell schedule for Wednesday, 11/2/16.  All 9th graders should report to the auditorium for a presentation and all 8th graders should report to the student lunchroom for a special panel discussion.  All other grade levels should report to their normal advisory classrooms.

Come and see Lane Tech’s Steampunk take on Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet! It’s the greatest love story ever told, in the most beautiful language ever written, presented by the most talented young actors in the city.
