Parents of Lane Tech Students
Please be advised that notices to parents of health/medical non-compliance were sent home with students Wednesday, September 11, 2013. If your student received a notice he or she is either not up to date with all required immunizations, missing a required physical exam, or the school does not have proof of all necessary immunizations/physical exams on file. The new CPS requirement mandates ALL students to have a current Tdap vaccination on file with the school. Proof of past due immunizations and or physical exams must be provided to the school before October 15, 2013. Medically non-compliant students are at risk for expulsion from school.
